Shipping

Orders are shipped within 2 working days of receiving your order. We use reputable third-party couriers for all deliveries. Deliveries are done Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. If an order is made on a Friday, or during the weekend, it will only be processed on the following Monday. You will receive an email from us stating that your order has been sent and you will be sent a waybill number/tracking number to track your parcel’s delivery status.

We dispatch orders from Pretoria. JHB and PTA orders will be delivered in approx 2-3 working days from dispatch. All other major cities will receive delivery in approx 3-5 working days after dispatch. Outlying areas will take approx 3-7 working days. This however does depend on the courier abilities.
