Shipping

How soon will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days of receipt. We make use of reputable third-party couriers for all deliveries, which take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm (Excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

How much is the delivery fee?
We offer free delivery on orders over R1,600. Standard delivery fees are:

 - Tiles & Folding Mats: R100

 - Play Mats: R160

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation along with a waybill (tracking number), allowing you to track your parcel’s delivery status.

How long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched from Pretoria. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:

 - Johannesburg & Pretoria: 3–5 working days

 - Major cities: 3–5 working days

 - Outlying areas: 3–7 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier availability.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our website. However, you are welcome to contact us at hello@taylajean.co.za, and we will do our best to assist you.
