Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your Tayla Jean product. Unless otherwise specified, all products include a 10-day money-back satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in a resellable condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging (or securely repackaged)
- Returns must be authorised and arranged through Tayla Jean
- Items must be returned within the specified return period
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged upon delivery or forms part of an approved warranty claim.
- Delivery and return shipping fees will be deducted from refunds where applicable.
- Customers may be held liable for damages caused by inadequate packaging during return transit.
Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise stated, all Tayla Jean products include a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Commercial Use
Products used in commercial environments carry a reduced warranty period of 2 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
What Is Covered Under Warranty?
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faults occurring under normal domestic use
What Is Not Covered Under Warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by pets, furniture, sharp objects, or play
- Damage caused by sunlight, water, weather, or environmental conditions
- Corrosion or deterioration caused by natural elements
- Natural colour variations or fading over time
- Consequential damages, losses, or claims
- Products returned in an unhygienic condition
Please note that natural variations in colour and material are not considered defects.
Warranty Claims & Replacements
Approved warranty items may be:
- Repaired
- Replaced with the same product
- Replaced with a similar product of equal value
- Issued as a Tayla Jean store credit or voucher if replacement is not possible
Any approved exchange, refund, or credit applies only to the specific item concerned.
Tayla Jean reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or deny any warranty claim if it does not meet the terms and conditions of this policy.
Return Shipping & Packaging Requirements
Please ensure that all returned items are:
- Properly packaged to avoid damage during transit
- Returned in the original packaging where possible
If original packaging has been discarded, customers are responsible for securely repackaging the product.
Our courier partners may refuse collection of inadequately packaged items. If products are damaged during return transit due to poor packaging, the customer may be held liable.
We recommend taking clear photographs of the product before returning it.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds may be adjusted to account for:
- Delivery fees
- Return shipping costs
- Restocking or handling fees where applicable
- Damages or missing packaging
Promotional Gifts & Giveaway Items
Products received as part of a promotion, giveaway, or competition include a limited 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
